Low Fat Avacado, Bacon, Egg Omlet On Bun (microwave)

Low Fat Avocado, Turkey Bacon, Egg Omlet (Microwave)

Prep Time: 2 minutes
Cook Time: 5 minutes total

Note: Avacado Yogurt is at Costco. See substitutes Below.

2 Egg White
1 tsp Avacado Yogurt ( or avacado spread or (avacado made into a paste)
4 pieces Turkey Bacon
2 Oldtyme Hamburger Buns
1 microwave dinner plate
1 microwave cereal bowl
1 spray can Pam

Spray bowl and plate surface with Pam. Place turkey bacon on plate, cover in microwave and cook 3 minutes (700 watt microwave) less for higher power microwave. Use oven mitt to remove plate from microwave and let cool a couple minutes. Mix egg white and tsp of Avacado Yogurt in microwavable cereal bowl. Microwave covered for 2 minutes or until done (700 watt microwave) Remove bowl with Oven Mitt, let cool to Luke warm, Place 1-2 pieces turkey bacon folded on each bottom bun, then slice omelet in half with fork. Add half to each bottom bun. Add top buns. Serve when desired temperature.
