Crockpot Turkey W Roasted Tomatoes and Steamed vegetables.
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 4 hours or until fully cooked. Use meat thermometer to insure met is cooked completely.

Turkey Burger (1lb thawed)
Your choice vegetables (2 cups)
Boil In A Bag Rice (2 bags boiled already)
Ground Black Pepper (Optional)
Tip: When adding spices remember that unlike normal cooking spices really activate over the cooking time, so use very little (less then conventional cooking). You can always add more spice to taste at the end of the cooking time. Trust me on this even normal black pepper gets very spicy when used in normal amounts in the Crockpot, so beware!
Put Ground Turkey, Roasted Tomatoes in Crockpot, Turn CrockPot On high to start cooking. Boil the rice in pan on stove (most packages say 10 minutes) Add rice to Crockpot. (Stir all ingredients to mix well) Add frozen vegetables of your choice to the top of the mixture. Allow Vegetables To Steam On Top Of Mixture 10 to 20 minutes, then mix in to other ingredients. Allow Ingredients to cook 4 hours or until cooked. Test with meat thermometer to insure meat is fully cooked. Allow to cool to taste and Serve
I have not tried it, but I imagine you could do this recipe on low for 8 hours. I do not know how well the rice will stand up over that cooking time. So trial and error and be sure to test the meat for thorough cooking as we don’t want food poisoning right 🙂
