Crockpot: Italian Chicken Breasts W Potatoes, Carrots.and a side of Whole Grain English Muffin

Serves: 4
Prep time: 5 minutes
Ready 4 hrs on high

(1) 12 ounce Lite Worcester Sauce
(1) 12 ounce Lite Italian Dressing
(2) cups Baby.Carrots (fresh not canned)
(4) Potatoes (chopped)
(4) Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
(4) English Muffins

In crockpot pour 6 ounces Worcester sauce and 6 ounces Italian dressing. Add 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts. Top with carrots and chopped potatoes. Pour remaining 6 ounces of Worcester sauce, then top with remaining 6 ounces Italian dressing. Cover with lid securely, turn crock pot to high for 4.hours stirring occasionally. Check with meat thermometer to make sure chicken breasts are fully cooked. When all ingredients are fully.cooked turn crock pot to warm. Toast.muffins. Let food cool to taste and serve.
